Membership Direct Debit Application Form 2023/24 and Direct Debit Associated Agreement Form

If you wish to pay your annual golf membership by monthly direct debit please fill in these forms and return to Treasurer by end of June 2023. If you have changes to your bank account please contact Treasurer with the new details as soon as possible. New membership commences 1 July 2023.

This book is used for the 2023 golf season with all events listed including Etiquette, Rules and other important information. The Programme book also recognises our sponsors and members are encouraged to support these businesses.
